Terms of Use
Trixxer Pools · Trixxer Squares and Trixxer Pick'em · Effective September 19, 2026
By using a Trixxer Pools app you agree to these terms. They're short on purpose.
What the apps are
Trixxer Squares and Trixxer Pick'em are tools for organizing and scoring friendly sports pools among people who already know each other. The apps keep the board, draw the numbers, track picks, and pull in scores. That's it.
What the apps are not
We are not a gambling operator, sportsbook, or payment processor. We never hold, transfer, or pay out money. Any buy-in, prize, or payment in a pool is arranged entirely between the pool's players and its commissioner, outside the app, and is their responsibility. It is up to you to know and follow the laws where you live. If running a pool with money is not legal where you are, don't.
Commissioners
The person who creates a pool is its commissioner. The commissioner sets the rules for their pool, invites players, and handles anything involving money or prizes directly with them. We don't mediate disputes between players and commissioners.
Purchases
The first game in a pool is free. A season unlock is a one-time purchase of the software, handled by Google Play, Apple, or our web checkout, and is not a wager, entry fee, or buy-in of any kind. Refunds for store purchases follow the store's policy; for web purchases, email us within 14 days.
Scores and data
Scores and schedules come from third-party sources and can be late or wrong. Commissioners can correct scores in the app and their entry is final for the pool. We are not responsible for a result being different from an official score.
Not affiliated
Trixxer Pools is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the National Football League, any team, or any league. Team names and schedules are used only to identify games.
Acceptable use
Don't use the apps for anything illegal, don't try to break or overload them, and don't impersonate other players. We can remove a pool or a player that does.
No warranty
The apps are provided as is. We work to keep them running, especially on game day, but we can't promise they'll never go down, and we are not liable for anything that follows from an outage, a bug, or a wrong score. Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us for the season.
Changes
If these terms change we'll update the date at the top. Questions: hello@playtrixxer.com.
